EmployUs + UKG (Ulti-Pro) Integration

Congrats! You have decided to integrate EmployUs and UKG (Ulti-Pro) and this guide will provide directions for how to set it up. This integration is supported via two methods, depending on a clients preferred integration method, resources and security requirements.

1) API Access

In order to provision an API user, you will need to create a web-service enabled account. You will create a username and password, then an API key will be generated for this user.

To set up the integration, please email the following information to integrations+{companycode}@employus.com. Your company code is the part of the URL that follows: https:refer-us.com/{company-code}.

  • CustomerAPIkey = "YOUR CUSTOMER API KEY"

EmployUs uses these credentials to access a list of your current employees, new hires, and current job postings. Once you provide these to EmployUs, please allow 5 - 10 business days for our integration team to configure the integration. If you're currently utilizing custom fields for any of the required fields below, our team may need to ask additional questions to determine the appropriate field mapping.

2) Scheduled Reports

After you configure each report, you will be able to export each one as an XML feed or a CSV file. EmployUs uses this XML feed/CSV file to pull out the necessary information on a scheduled basis (nightly or weekly). You may send the report to EmployUs by emailing integrations+{companycode}@employus.com. Your company code is the part of the URL that follows: https:refer-us.com/{company-code}. Please include your name, company code (refer-us.com/{company-code}), and type of feed (job, candidate, or employee).
